14. 21. The Purchaser shall pay the Seller immediately. If the Buyer stops working to make a payment by the due date, the Seller may, without notice, keep delivery of any more Item to the Buyer and might terminate, without liability to the Purchaser, any or all subsisting contracts in between the Seller and the Buyer.
If payment is not made on the due date, the Seller might charge interest on the quantity payable at the rate of 5% over the 90 day bank expense rate relevant on the day the payment is due. 23. The Purchase Cost is not inclusive of products and services tax, unless otherwise defined in writing.
